Qualifikationen

• You have > 1 year of relevant experience and flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule.
• Experience working with a high-profile consumer brand and thriving on exceeding sales targets and delivering strong commercial outcomes is preferred.
• You bring confidence in applying sales techniques, building relationships and creating demand both in and out of club.

• Create welcoming, friendly and professional interactions with members and guests.
• Deliver premium member experiences by solving problems and responding to feedback.
• Drive sales through proactive lead generation, product knowledge and effective sales techniques.
• Maintain CRM records, follow structured sales processes and ensure timely follow-ups.
