Qualifications

• 1+ year of relevant sales experience.
• Willingness to work non-traditional schedule.
• Experience with high-profile consumer brands preferred.
• Experience in fitness/health/lifestyle industry is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Execute all stages of the sales journey from lead generation through to conversion and onboarding.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets, including memberships and ancillary products.
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge across memberships, services and offers, tailoring solutions to member needs.
• Proactively generate leads through in-club and local area outreach, partnerships and community activation.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up on enquiries to maximise conversion.
• Collaborate with club teams to ensure a seamless member experience from first contact onward.
