Crown Resorts Limited is seeking a full-time Junior Sous Chef to join the team at Crown Sydney Nobu, one of the world’s most recognised dining brands. You will work closely with the Sous Chefs and Head Chef to lead service and support the development of the kitchen team.

This role requires leadership, experience in premium dining, and a passion for high-quality food, presentation, and guest experience. You’ll work evenings and weekends as part of a Wed-Sun roster, with opportunities for career

Qualificações

• Experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef within a premium dining environment.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and develop team members.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• A passion for high-quality food, presentation and guest experience.
• Sound knowledge of food safety, HACCP principles and kitchen compliance standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead service alongside the Sous Chefs and Head Chef.
• Support development of the kitchen team and ensure consistency across services.
• Maintain exceptional quality and presentation during every service.
