OTTO Ristorante and OTTO Bar, Brisbane's riverfront South Bank, are part of the Fink Group. We celebrate regional Italian cuisine and warm service, with opportunities for career growth in a dynamic fine-dining setting.

We are hiring Chef De Partie and Demi Chef on a Full Time contract (minimum 38 hours) with hourly pay plus penalties; casuals welcome. Bring 2+ years’ kitchen experience, strong knowledge of food and teamwork to thrive in our high-energy kitchen.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a professional kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of food, produce and kitchen operations.
• Clear communication and excellent organisational skills.
• A team player with full working rights.
• Availability for nights and weekends.
