Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work in a fast paced kitchen.
• Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
• Team player with flexibility for rotating shifts.
• Knowledge of HACCP and relevant food safety accreditation.

• Prepare all food items following standard recipes.
• Check rotation to ensure freshness of all products.

• Maintain appropriate par stock levels to support daily operations.
