Qualifications

• Minimum experience as Chef de Partie or Demi Chef ready to step up.
• Strong knowledge of modern Australian or European cuisine.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Relevant cookery qualifications and current food safety knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Manage your section during preparation and service.
• Prepare and present dishes to a high standard.
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist with stock rotation, ordering and minimising waste.
• Collaborate with Head Chef and Sous Chef.
• Mentor junior kitchen team members.
• Contribute ideas for menu development and daily specials.
