The Star Sydney is seeking a Premium Guest Executive- Interstate to join the Premium Guest team. You will focus on implementing marketing initiatives to retain and grow The Star’s Interstate VIP segment, delivering excellent guest service and building key relationships across properties.
This role supports the Vice President Premium Guest in developing business plans, identifying new and creative marketing opportunities, and representing The Star at hosted events and promotions on and off site.

As the Premium Guest Executive- Interstate working in the Premium Guest team, you will focus on implementing marketing initiatives to retain and grow The Star’s Interstate VIP segment. Your demonstrated passion for providing excellent guest service and ability to develop and maintain key relationships, will enable you to exceed expectations, promoting guest engagement and increasing visitation to The Star Sydney, and our QLD properties.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will work as a team to support the Vice President Premium Guest in the development and implementation of business plans in addition to identifying new and creative marketing opportunities.
You are customer focused and passionate about providing excellent guest experiences. You are empathetic and use your well developed active listening skills to quickly develop rapport and overcome obstacles with confidence and ease.
