As a Premium Services Host, you'll be the face of our premium gaming experiences, providing exceptional service to our valued guests. As an expert in the Star Club Loyalty Program, your extensive knowledge will enable you to promote member benefits and address a wide range of guest inquiries across all areas of our business. This fast‑paced, hands‑on role requires a high level of attention to detail to ensure a positive experience for our guests.
This is a fantastic opportunity to build memorable connections with local, interstate and international guests.
Training for this role will commence on the 24th of February 2026.
To excel in this role, you’ll develop a deep understanding of the gaming industry and a genuine passion for creating extraordinary experiences. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as you’ll be interacting with guests from diverse cultural backgrounds.
