You pride yourself on your ability to consistently deliver exemplary customer service gained from your experience in retail, hotels, restaurant settings or other customer facing roles. Working as part of a team is something you enjoy as well as being someone who can offer our guests that professional touchpoint to ensure their stay with us is memorable. You are adaptable and flexible, willing to go from parking vehicles and ensuring the smooth flow of traffic through our guest drop off points to delivering luggage to rooms and having conversations with guests around current local events and the best places to dine at The Star.
