The Star Sydney is seeking an Assistant Manager in In Room Dining to lead a dedicated team and oversee the daily operations of The Star Grand Hotel, The Darling, and related venues. You will report directly to the Venue Manager and help deliver a world-class guest experience.
Key responsibilities include directing service standards, rostering, staff training, performance management, and continuously improving SOPs while ensuring RSA compliance and adherence to liquor laws.

As an Assistant Manager, you will be reporting directly to the Venue where you will lead a team in delivering the daily operations of the venue.
