Howden is seeking a commercially minded Premium Funding Partner to expand premium funding adoption across its broking divisions in Sydney, Australia. You will educate broking teams, convert opportunities, and foster relationships with funding providers while coordinating with internal stakeholders.

The role emphasizes growth, training delivery, and the development of tailored funding solutions to meet client needs within a rapidly expanding organisation.

Competenze

• Experience in premium funding, insurance broking or related financial services.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and convert commercial opportunities.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Commercially focused, proactive and highly organised.
• Knowledge of premium funding products and insurance broking is highly regarded.
