Job summary

Howden is seeking a Commercial Premium Funding Partner to drive the uptake of premium funding across its broking divisions. You will educate and support broking teams, identify opportunities, and build relationships with funding providers to grow client solutions.

The role involves training, collaboration with business leaders, and monitoring portfolio growth to deliver tailored funding options that meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in premium funding, insurance broking, financial services, business development or related field.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and convert commercial opportunities.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Commercially focused, proactive and highly organized.
• Knowledge of premium funding products and insurance broking is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Driving premium funding growth across Howden’s broking divisions.
• Partnering with brokers and business leaders to identify opportunities.
• Developing and delivering training and educational material.
• Building relationships with funding providers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitoring and reporting on portfolio growth, uptake and conversion.
