Job summary

Howden is seeking a commercially minded Premium Funding Partner to embed premium funding into client conversations, placements and renewals across our broking divisions in Australia. You will educate and support broking teams, identify and convert opportunities, develop targeted sales initiatives and build trusted relationships with premium funding providers.

This is a permanent Sydney-based role with high visibility, offering the chance to influence stakeholders, expand funding uptake and shape

Qualifications

• Experience in premium funding, insurance broking, financial services or related field.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and convert commercial opportunities.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Commercially focused, proactive and highly organised.
• Knowledge of premium funding products and insurance broking is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Driving premium funding growth across Howden’s broking divisions.
• Partnering with brokers and business leaders to identify opportunities.
• Developing and delivering training and educational material.
• Building relationships with funding providers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitoring and reporting on portfolio growth, uptake and conversion.
• Developing tailored funding solutions that meet client needs.
