Job summary

Gilbert + Tobin Lawyers is seeking a polished Front of House and Concierge to join our dynamic client services team in a premium corporate hospitality environment in Sydney. You will manage the client floor experience, coordinate internal and external events, and provide seamless support to clients, guests and stakeholders in a top-tier legal setting.

The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, organisational capability, and the ability to anticipate client needs

Qualifications

• Previous experience in corporate, boardroom service, concierge, reception, and premium client-facing environments.
• Exceptional personal presentation and professional demeanour.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and service-driven approach.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• The ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
• A flexible and adaptable approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience using meeting room booking systems such as Condeco (preferred but not essential).

Responsibilities

• Provide professional Front of House and concierge support for clients and visitors.
• Manage traffic flow within the reception and client floor areas.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth client movements and meeting coordination.
• Handle client and guest enquiries with professionalism, discretion, and efficiency.
• Oversee and maintain all client-facing boardrooms, meeting rooms and hospitality areas to ensure they are presented to the highest standard.
• Warmly welcome clients and guests, ensuring a seamless and professional experience from arrival through to departure.
• Coordinate meeting room set-ups, catering requirements, and presentation standards.
