Job summary

JLL is seeking a proactive Lobby Host to join our North Sydney team. This on-site role supports the Workplace Coordinator with front-of-house activities, admin tasks, and event support, delivering exceptional client service and smooth daily operations.

You will assist with badges, access control, stock checks, and meeting room coordination while engaging with staff, clients, and vendors to maintain a warm and professional reception area.

Qualifications

• A motivated self-starter with a proven track record of delivering quality to clients.
• Proactive with a keen eye for detail and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
• A strategic thinker who can navigate ambiguity and solve problems effectively.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and provide excellent customer service; manage name badges and escort to meeting rooms.
• Answer incoming calls and meet and greet staff, clients and vendors.
• Manage access badges and maintain consumables; stocktakes and meeting room bookings.
• Support event setup, catering, room arrangements and calendar invites.
• Assist with admin tasks on reception and coordinate with Workplace Coordinator.
• Support financial operations and ensure procedures align with company policies.
• Ensure safety and incident reporting procedures are followed and site remains organized.
