Job summary

Randstad is seeking a polished Workplace Concierge for a premier Parramatta Square site. You will greet guests, manage front-desk operations, and support VIPs to ensure a premium workplace experience.

You will engage with floor occupants, maintain meeting rooms and amenities, and coordinate basic AV support. The role requires strong communication, organisational skills and a professional presence on-site.

Qualifications

• Polished, energetic professional with corporate concierge experience.
• Experience with visitor management systems is preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet employees, clients, media and VIPs; manage front-desk and visitor access.
• Conduct daily floor checks to ensure rooms, pantries, mailrooms and workstations are stocked.
• Assist with meeting room bookings, scheduling, catering and basic AV/tech support.
• Identify and raise facility or security issues; coordinate with facilities teams.
• Serve as primary site contact and respond to requests within 24 hours with a follow-up.
