Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a Workplace Experience and Hospitality Executive in Sydney on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will curate 5-star experiences for tenants, visitors, and stakeholders, blending F&B operations, concierge hospitality, and proactive workplace services to reflect the prestigious Accor hospitality the brand is celebrated for.

In this role you will welcome tenants and visitors, deliver premium conference-room catering and bar service in lounges, coordinate daily

Qualifications

• Strong hospitality or hotel background with experience in premium food and beverage service.
• Customer-facing concierge or luxury guest services experience.
• Experience coordinating and planning events with seamless operational delivery.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for curating personalised customer experiences.
• National Police Check required.

Purpose As a Workplace Experience and Hospitality Executive, you will curate exceptional, 5-star experiences for tenants, visitors, and stakeholders. Reporting to leadership, you will seamlessly combine daily F&B operations, premium concierge hospitality, and proactive workplace services, ensuring our office environment radiates convenience, community, and the prestigious hospitality Accor is celebrated for. The successful candidate will be hired on a 12-month fixed-term contract with an option to extend in line with the contractual agreement.

Primary Responsibilities Proactively welcome tenants and visitors, offering premium concierge and personalised lobby services. Deliver exceptional food and beverage services in conference rooms, ensuring impeccable set-ups. Provide table service for beverages in adjacent executive lounge areas to enhance the experience. Co-ordinate daily workplace operations, tenant activation initiatives, and community-building events. Liaise with preferred suppliers to identify opportunities for service innovation. Respond promptly to tenant feedback, maintaining the asset's premium operating standards.

Skills and Experience Strong hospitality or hotel background with experience in premium food and beverage service. Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing, concierge, or luxury guest services role. Proven capability in co-ordinating and planning events with seamless operational delivery. Excellent communication skills with a genuine passion for curating personalised customer experiences. All successful candidates will be required to hold a valid National Police Check
