No mechanic qualification is required, and you’ll be supported by an experienced team. You’ll work together with a front office advisor who is a qualified mechanic with over a decade in the industry and an Operations Manager with more than 20 years of automotive

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor in a busy automotive workshop.
• Ability to speak with customers about their vehicles and bookings.
• Comfort with front-office tasks and learning automotive details.

Responsibilities

• Talk with customers about their vehicles and needs.
• Answer calls and enquiries; manage workshop bookings.
• Welcome customers and check vehicles in; communicate with technicians.
• Prepare quotes and gain approvals; prepare invoices and process payments.
• Organise vehicle collections and future bookings; ensure customers feel looked after.
