Sydney BMW and Sydney MINI Garage are seeking an Aftermarket Consultant who shares our belief that premium service comes from how guests feel when they deal with us. You’ll help guests personalise and protect their BMW or MINI, guiding them through suitable aftermarket products with clear, confident advice from first introduction through to delivery.

You’ll build trust, achieve sales targets through relationships and product knowledge, coordinate with sales, service and delivery teams, and

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive aftermarket or premium retail environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to translate product benefits into confident guest decisions.

• Help guests personalise and protect their BMW or MINI with aftermarket products.
• Explain product benefits, pricing and options clearly for confident decisions.
• Achieve sales targets through relationships, knowledge and follow-up.
