Job summary

Parramatta BMW – Big Opportunities Await is seeking an experienced service advisor to join our high-performing service team at the BMW showroom in Sydney. You will handle service and repair requests with courtesy while supporting workshop loading and ensuring top-tier customer service.

The successful candidate will build product knowledge through training, prepare and cost invoices to Group Standards, and contribute to meeting KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar client-facing / customer service role.
• Excellent customer service skills including a pleasant welcoming manner and the ability to relate to a wide range of people both in-person and via telephone.
• Demonstrated computer literacy including Microsoft Office, Excel etc.
• Advanced MS office and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Deal with customer requirements for service and repair in an efficient and courteous manner to ensure the highest standard of Customer Service.
• Assist with the loading of the workshop to ensure efficient utilisation of workshop capacity.
• Carry out customer follow-up and prospecting activities to maintain and build the volume of work within the workshop.
• Accurately prepare and cost customer invoices to Group Standards.
• Build and maintain solid product knowledge through active participation in all manufacturer and internal training programs.
• Assist in meeting and exceeding key departmental performance indicator targets.
