Job summary

Parramatta BMW & MINI Garage is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to support workshop operations and ensure technicians have the right parts available.

Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, you will stock, pick and source parts, maintain inventory accuracy and collaborate with service teams to minimise downtime and deliver an excellent customer experience. Join Sydney's leading BMW dealership for ongoing training and career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Parts Advisor or Parts Interpreter.
• BMW product knowledge preferred.
• Strong automotive parts knowledge.
• Current driver’s licence.

Are you an experienced Parts Advisor looking to join a premium automotive brand? Parramatta BMW & MINI Garage is seeking a motivated and organised Parts Advisor to play a key role in supporting our workshop operations and delivering an exceptional service experience to our customers.

About the Role

Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring technicians have the right parts available when they need them. Working closely with the Service and Workshop teams, you'll play a key role in maximising workshop productivity and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and identify parts required for repair orders
• Pick, supply and order parts for workshop jobs
• Receive, check and process incoming stock
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the DMS
• Assist with stock control and stocktakes
• Source parts efficiently to minimise vehicle downtime
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and suppliers
• Maintain a safe, clean and organised work environment

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or Parts Interpreter
• BMW product experience is favourable
• Strong automotive parts knowledge
• Experience working in a dealership or automotive environment
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Current driver’s licence
