Panthers Group in Western Sydney is seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to support the execution of conferences, weddings, meetings and social events at the Western Sydney Convention Centre and Panthers venues. You will manage event details, client enquiries and liaise with F&B, AV, and operations teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, events, or customer service.
• Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Professional presentation and a positive attitude.
• Experience in hotels or conference venues is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Coordination of conferences, meetings, weddings, and social events
• Prepare and distribute event orders, function sheets, and run sheets
• Act as a key point of contact for client enquiries and support
• Liaise with food & beverage, kitchen, AV, and operations teams
• Conduct site inspections and assist with client meetings
• Support on-the-day event coordination as required
• Maintain accurate event information within event management systems
