Job summary

Flick Anticimex Sunshine branch in Melbourne seeks a motivated Preconstruction Coordinator to be the primary contact for builders engaging Flick for termite management systems on new house builds. Based in Melbourne, you will link branch operations, Preconstruction Key Account Manager and clients to coordinate service delivery.

With over 50 branches in the Pacific Region, the Flick team is looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team. Based in our Sunshine branch, the role of Preconstruction Coordinator is to be the primary contact within the Melbourne Region for all builders engaging Flick for termite management systems (TMS) as part of a new house build

This function will provide an effective link between the branch operations, Preconstruction Key Account Manager & clients.

Key responsibilities

• Administration and management of client accounts
• Ensure timely control and consistency of service delivery.
• Proactively engage customers and liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless execution
• Ensuring compliance with client sites and Flick procedures
• Capability to nurture customer relationships

Position Requirements:

• Background or knowledge in the Building & Construction industry would be an advantage.
• A sound understanding of commercial environments in a service-related industry.
• Ability to work with technology and within complex systems.
• Strong organisational and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication abilities, professional phone manner and a results-oriented attitude
• Ability to plan and organise within tight deadlines.
• Ensuring that courteous and prompt service is provided to any customer enquiry
