Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Precinct Manager to lead the transition and long-term performance of a premium Sydney CBD portfolio on behalf of Charter Hall. You’ll oversee six assets, client relationship, team and standards.

The role requires leading Facilities Managers, establishing consistent service delivery, and aligning with strata governance. This position suits a senior FM leader who can drive momentum through change while delivering tangible outcomes for client and occupiers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading facilities operations across premium commercial offices, precincts or multi-asset portfolios.
• Demonstrated people leadership, coaching Facilities Managers and setting clear performance expectations.
• Strong client and stakeholder management across institutional, occupier, strata relationships.
• Sound judgement and commercial acumen to lead through transition and change.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, transition and operational integration into Charter Hall and CBRE platforms.
• Coach and develop Facilities Managers maintaining clear standards and culture.
• Own the senior day-to-day relationship across six assets with Charter Hall, occupiers, strata, and service partners.
• Drive maintenance, contractor performance, procurement, compliance, WHS and risk management.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, reporting, capital works and precinct-wide initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve sustainability and occupier experience.
