CBRE Australia in Sydney leads the transition of a newly acquired six-asset Sydney CBD portfolio for Charter Hall, setting the standard for precinct management.

You will lead and develop Facilities Managers, own the client relationship and operating model, and drive performance, occupier experience and compliance across all six assets.

This senior FM role rewards strategic clarity, strong people leadership, and the ability to deliver consistent service in a complex, multi‑asset environment.

Qualifications

• Experienced senior FM or precinct leader with multi-asset portfolio exposure.
• Strong people leadership and performance management capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, transition and integration of the precinct into Charter Hall and CBRE platforms.
• Coach Facilities Managers and set clear standards and a collaborative culture.
• Own senior day-to-day relationships across six assets with Charter Hall and stakeholders.
• Drive maintenance, procurement, compliance, WHS and risk management.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, reporting, capital works and initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve sustainability and occupier experience.
