Job summary

CBRE is seeking an experienced Engineering/Precinct Manager to oversee two Premium Grade office towers in Melbourne CBD. You will own the strategic management, drive continuous improvement, and lead a small team to optimize engineering services across the precinct.

The role targets senior facilities leadership with a strong background in building services, CAPEX planning, and NABERS performance. You will partner with stakeholders to deliver sustainable, cost-efficient operations in a premier

Qualifications

5+ years' experience in Engineering or Facilities Management within A Grade or Premium Grade assets.
Strong technical background in Mechanical or Electrical building services.
Experience delivering CAPEX programs and asset lifecycle planning.
Experience delivering NABERS energy ratings and sustainability outcomes.
Proven leadership and ability to develop teams and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead all engineering and building services operations across the precinct.
Manage mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire, lifts, BMS and security systems.
Develop and deliver CAPEX plans and asset lifecycle strategies.
Manage operating budgets and ensure cost-effective service delivery.
Oversee capital works projects and contractor performance.
Drive compliance, risk management and workplace safety outcomes.
Improve asset performance through energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.
Lead NABERS performance management, reporting and continuous improvement programs.
Mentor and develop a facilities team while building stakeholder relationships.
