You’ll own the whole precinct picture across six premium commercial assets: the client relationship, the team, the buildings and the operational standard. With a strata component adding another layer of stakeholder and governance complexity, this is a role that calls for sound judgement, commercial awareness and the confidence to bring people with you.
Leading a team of Facilities Managers responsible for individual building portfolios across six CBD assets, you’ll establish consistent service delivery, build trusted occupier and contractor relationships and make sure the precinct settles into its new management structure without losing momentum.
Perfect for a senior FM or precinct leader who enjoys shaping how a portfolio operates, developing capable people and being accountable for outcomes that are visible to both the client and the occupiers.
You’re an experienced commercial facilities or precinct leader who knows how to run complex buildings, lead people and hold a trusted institutional client relationship.
You can move comfortably between strategy and site operations, bring structure to a changing environment and create accountability without losing collaboration. Most importantly, you set a high standard and know how to help a team deliver it.
