Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific seeks a Precinct Manager to lead a newly acquired Sydney CBD six-asset portfolio for Charter Hall. You will oversee the transition, establish the operating model and drive precinct-wide standards across six premium assets.

You’ll manage Facilities Managers, build strong occupier and contractor relationships, and ensure the portfolio settles into its new governance with momentum and accountability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading facilities operations across premium offices or precincts.
• Strong people leadership with coaching and performance management.
• Excellent client and stakeholder management with institutional partners.
• Solid knowledge of building services, WHS and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, transition and integration of six CBD assets into Charter Hall/CBRE platforms.
• Develop Facilities Managers and establish clear standards for a collaborative precinct culture.
• Own senior day-to-day relationships across six assets with Charter Hall, occupiers and strata stakeholders.
• Drive maintenance, contractor performance, budgeting, forecasting and risk management.
• Identify opportunities to improve sustainability and occupier experience across the portfolio.
