Job summary

CBRE seeks an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to lead operational performance across a portfolio of Premium Grade commercial assets in a landmark Sydney CBD precinct.

Reporting to the Precinct Manager, you will partner with Charter Hall and senior stakeholders to shape standards, governance and service delivery, delivering exceptional occupier experience and financial performance across the portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational strategy across Premium Grade assets
• Establish governance frameworks and service benchmarks
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance, contractor performance and asset risk
• Drive WHS, compliance and operational audit outcomes
• Partner with Charter Hall, occupiers and service partners to improve performance and customer experience
• Manage budgets, forecasting, reporting and capital works delivery
• Provide leadership to contractor and service delivery teams to maintain standards across the precinct
