Job summary

InHealth in Adelaide seeks an experienced Practice Manager to lead a busy, well-established clinic serving 800+ patients weekly across 12 GPs. You will oversee day-to-day operations, staff performance, compliance, and growth initiatives, while partnering with doctors and nurses to deliver high-quality care in a collegiate, professional environment.

The role requires hands-on leadership, rostering, payroll, accreditation readiness, IT coordination, and a commitment to patient service excellence;

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a team and drive service standards.
• Strong communication with doctors, nurses and staff.
• Experience with practice software and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of the practice.
• Ensure quality customer service by the team.
• Resolve IT, GP, employee and patient issues as they arise.
• Provide direction, coaching and supervision to staff.
• Foster positive workplace culture and staff GP performance.
• Rostering, payroll and HR documentation/compliance.
• Support accreditation readiness and risk management.
• Coordinate meetings and optimise clinic efficiency.
