• Managing reception, telephone and patient enquiries.
• Coordinating appointments across multiple clinicians and investigations.
• Managing patient bookings and clinic schedules.
• Processing payments, invoices and general administration.
• Coordinating pathology, imaging and external provider appointments.
• Maintaining accurate patient records.
• Managing day-to-day clinic workflow.
• Ordering consumables and managing clinic supplies.
• Supporting clinic policies, procedures and compliance requirements.
• Liaising with doctors, nurses and allied health professionals.
• Helping develop and improve administrative systems as the clinic grows.
