Job summary

ForHealth Group is seeking a Full-Time Practice Manager to lead Woodcrest Medical Centre in Australia. You will oversee day-to-day operations, support a multidisciplinary team across General Practice, Dental, Radiology and Treatment Room services, and drive service excellence to deliver an exceptional patient experience.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will build high-performing teams, optimise rostering and processes, ensure WHS compliance and support accreditation activities, while

Qualifications

• Healthcare leadership experience required.
• Strong people leadership and team development skills.
• Experience in customer service, administration and operational management.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and practice management systems.
• Knowledge of Medicare billing and healthcare compliance (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Lead and support administrative and clinical support teams.
• Manage staffing, recruitment, onboarding and performance development.
• Coordinate rosters to align with patient demand and business needs.
• Drive operational excellence through process improvement initiatives.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures and centre processes.
• Monitor centre performance and implement strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Promote a patient-first culture focused on exceptional customer service.
• Build strong relationships with GPs, nurses, allied health professionals and key stakeholders.
• Support quality improvement and accreditation activities.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety policies and procedures.
• Manage incident reporting, investigations and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Regional and National Leaders on key projects and initiatives.
