Job summary

Scope is seeking a Full-Time Practice Manager to oversee the operations of a two-site physiotherapy business. You will manage reception, systems and onboarding, while guiding administrative staff and improving service delivery to patients and referrers.

You will work closely with leadership to maintain client experience, accountability, efficiency and proper use of materials, ensuring high professional standards in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in a healthcare or allied health setting is essential.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities are required.
• Demonstrates proactive, solutions-focused thinking and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Manage reception duties and oversee day-to-day clinic operations and systems.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training for administrative staff.
• Oversee accounts receivable and debt management processes.
• Coordinate administrative staff rosters and scheduling.
• Ensure excellent client experience and efficient use of resources.
• Promote and model the clinic's vision, values and culture.
