Qualifications

• Experience in practice management, healthcare administration, or senior medical reception roles.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• Proven problem-solving and process-improvement capabilities.
• Solid understanding of Medicare, private billing, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with medical software such as Best Practice, Cubiko, or Tanda.
