Job summary

IPN Medical Centres is recruiting a Practice Manager to lead reception and nursing teams, ensuring efficient daily operations and quality service for doctors and patients.

You will oversee financials, patient records and roster management, while fostering a positive culture and strong teamwork across the centre.

Responsibilities

• Drive a dynamic culture within the team to support exceptional customer service, positive outcomes and care for our patients and Doctors
• Daily operational management and oversight of the medical centre
• Effective and proactive staff rostering and diary management in line with utilisation targets, key performance indicators and administrative protocols
• Effective financial management of the Centre, including daily reconciliation, billing, stock ordering, banking and month end
• People management including coaching, mentoring, performance management, recruitment and training
• Dynamic and supportive company culture

About the role

The Practice Manager provides quality services to Doctors and patients ensuring daily operations are delivered efficiently and effectively. The role leads the reception and nursing teams to provide a range of services to the community, as well as managing financials and patient records.
