Davis Recruitment is seeking a Practice Manager for a state‑of‑the‑art Women’s Health Clinic in Holland Park. You will lead clinic operations, align people, processes and performance to deliver outstanding patient care, and drive daily success for a growing team.

This hands‑on leadership role requires 3+ years in practice management, familiarity with Genie software and MS Office, and the ability to coordinate doctors, nurses, and administration while maintaining a warm patient‑focused

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Practice Management (Specialist medical environment preferred).
• Fertility/O&G experience favourable but not essential.
• Strong leadership and communication capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Coach, support, and mentor our reception and administration team to deliver exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our doctors.
• Assist with the IT management and conversion of software systems.
• Oversee daily clinic operations including 8 doctor rosters, consult room allocations, oversee theatre list management including assistants and involvement with stock management.
• Manage theatre billing, Eclipse and Medicare claims, DVA, Defence and doctor payments, and work in conjunction with the bookkeeper and practice Accountant.
• Act as a key point of contact for patient enquiries and ensure a seamless journey from booking through to follow‑up.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment that reflects our high standard of care.

Our client, a state-of-the-art Women's Health Clinic specialist in obstetrics and fertility services is seeking a full-time (or part-time) Practice Manager. Based in Holland Park, this clinic has been established for over 10 years and is planning further expansion. With long term friendly staff, this practice is seeking a dynamic Practice Manager to continue the day-to-day success of this expanding clinic.

About the Role

As Practice Manager, you will be the driving force behind the clinic’s operations. You will bring together people, processes, and performance to ensure the clinic runs smoothly, efficiently, and with care at its core.

This is a hands‑on leadership role where no two days are the same — perfect for someone who enjoys responsibility and variety.

Key Responsibilities:

About You

Experience:

3+ years in Practice Management (Specialist medical environment preferred). Fertility/O and G experience favourable but not essential.

Tech Savvy:

Familiarity with Genie software is a must; proficiency in MS Office is a must.

This employer is a warm, friendly and supportive team. Free parking offsite within close proximity to the practice and close to public transport. Hours 8 to 430 pm with ability to occasionally start at 730 am and occasionally finishing up to 530 pm particularly Monday or Tuesday. This practice supports flexibility.
