Job summary

Cornerstone Health Pty Ltd operates 16 large-scale medical centres across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and the Gold Coast, delivering primary care, dental, radiology, telehealth, pharmacy, pathology and allied health services 7 days a week. An experienced Practice Manager is sought to lead Our Medical Morayfield, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring exceptional patient experiences.

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of administrative and nursing staff, including performance and training
• Build strong working relationships with healthcare providers to support the delivery of high-quality care
• Oversee centre budgets, financial performance, and workforce planning
• Drive a high standard of patient experience and customer service across the centre
• Act as a clear communicator and proactive problem solver

We operate 16 large-scale medical centres in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and on the Gold Coast supporting over 2 million patients annually. Our medical centres offer general practice, dental, radiology, telehealth, pharmacy, pathology, allied health and specialists – all under one roof.

Open 7 days a week, 365 days a year from 7am to 10pm, our centres are supported by a diverse team of healthcare professionals, alongside skilled administrative and nursing staff.

About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and proactive Practice Manager to lead the team at Our Medical Morayfield.

You will play a key leadership role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring efficiency, team performance, and the delivery of an exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the day-to-day operations of the busy medical centre, ensuring smooth and efficient performance

· Manage, coach, and develop a team of administrative and nursing staff, including performance and training

· Build strong working relationships with healthcare providers to support the delivery of high-quality care

· Oversee centre budgets, financial performance, and workforce planning

· Drive a high standard of patient experience and customer service across the centre

· Act as a clear communicator and proactive problem solver

· Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements

About You

· Proven leadership and management experience, with preference given to those with experience in a healthcare setting

· Strong organisational and time management skills to manage competing priorities and deadlines
