Peninsula is seeking a Communications & PR Specialist in our Sydney office. This role will amplify press coverage, manage key media relationships, and expand our ANZ market presence.

You will lead media relations end-to-end, partner with business leaders to develop content calendars across PR, CRM, SEO, and client channels, and produce high-quality corporate content that supports brand visibility and growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in corporate communications, PR or growth marketing.
• Data-informed communication strategies through market and competitor insights.
• Strong project management with ability to juggle multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Collaborative, adaptable work style with a can-do attitude.
• Innovation-driven mindset with focus on operational efficiency and high-impact results.

Responsibilities

• Lead media relations activities end-to-end from ideation to post-coverage analysis.
• Develop integrated content calendars with PR, CRM, SEO and client-facing channels.
• Produce corporate content: press releases, op-eds, executive quotes, case studies.
• Drive digital PR, website visibility, and backlink campaigns while managing social channels.
• Build strategic partnerships with industry bodies to expand the ANZ market presence.
