We are seeking passionate Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners to join our expanding team.

You’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team of Behaviour Support Practitioners, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists, Physiotherapists and other allied health professionals, allowing for genuinely collaborative support around the needs of each participant.
As a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will work with NDIS participants, their families and support networks to understand behaviours of concern and develop practical, evidence-based strategies that improve quality of life, independence and participation.

Steps2Life Health provides multidisciplinary allied health services across North Parramatta, Regents Park and Kingswood, supporting participants and families throughout Western Sydney.
Our multidisciplinary model means practitioners don’t need to work in isolation. Behaviour Support can work alongside Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Psychology and other disciplines to better understand the participant and develop coordinated strategies around their individual needs.
