Job summary

Real Therapy Solutions, part of the MedHealth Group, is seeking an experienced NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner to conduct assessments and develop personalised PBS plans. You will work with participants with complex needs and collaborate with families to drive positive outcomes.

The role offers a supportive, learning-focused environment with supervision and access to a broad network across MedHealth Group.

Qualifications

• Current registration as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner (Core, Proficient or Advanced).
• Proven experience delivering behaviour support and creating high-quality PBS plans and reports.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a complex caseload independently.
• Current driver's license and own reliable vehicle.

Job Description

In this role you will:

• Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop a comprehensive understanding of participant needs.
• Create evidence-based, personalised Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans tailored to individual goals and circumstances.
• Support participants with complex needs through a Positive Behaviour Support approach
• Collaborate with families and support networks to achieve positive outcomes
• Work within a collaborative multidisciplinary team that values clinical excellence, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.
