Qualifications

• Current NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner registration (proficient level or above).
• Experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner.
• Strong understanding of Positive Behaviour Support frameworks.
• Experience conducting assessments and developing Behaviour Support Plans.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a multidisciplinary team.
• A calm, patient and solution-focused approach.
• A genuine passion for supporting people with disability and their families.
