Job summary

ORS Group's Positive Behaviour Support division is expanding, and we are seeking a clinician to join our national team of PBS Practitioners delivering services to NDIS participants aged 0-65.

You will collaborate with allied health professionals, support workers and families to assess challenging behaviours and implement replacement strategies, with a focus on improving skills, emotion regulation and independence across clients from early intervention to adulthood.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Psychology, Counselling, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, BCBA, Teaching, Social Work, Social Sciences, Criminology, Childhood Education & Care, Health Science, Allied Health or Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Assess and observe participants challenging behaviours and work towards increasing skills and emotion regulation.
• Develop and implement PBS plans and regular follow up to reduce restrictive practices.
• Collaborate with allied health practitioners, support workers and families to achieve client goals.
