Job summary

JD Sports Macquarie is seeking a proactive Supervisor to lead a store department, drive sales and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment in Sydney. You will coach the team, deliver exceptional customer service and work closely with the management team to maintain visual merchandising and product availability.

The role focuses on coaching, driving KPI performance, and delivering high-quality service to every customer while supporting ongoing team training and inductions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail or similar environment.
• Passionate about delivering an amazing service experience.
• Positive attitude with ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent time management to prioritise daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Model exceptional customer service, every customer, every time.
• Coach team to deliver exceptional service and a service-over-task environment.
• Drive conversion, sales and KPI performance.
• Work with back-of-house team to maintain product availability on the floor.
• Uphold retail standards and deliver store visual excellence.
• Support management to improve financial performance within your department.
• Support with inductions and ongoing team training.
