JD Sports Australia & New Zealand is seeking a Department Supervisor to support the store management team and lead your department in delivering exceptional customer service. You will maintain merchandising and visual standards and drive sales results while coaching your team to deliver great in-store experiences.

Rostered Tuesday to Saturday with varying shift times, you’ll work to uphold company standards, ensure product availability, and foster a high-energy, service-first environment that

Competenze

• 2-3 years of experience in retail or similar industry.
• Demonstrated passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Positive attitude with ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
