Job summary

Accor Apartments & Realty is seeking a friendly Porter to assist guests in Western Australia’s Naturaliste region. You will greet arrivals, help with luggage, and provide concierge support to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.

You’ll assist with parking, transport arrangements, and delivering bags to rooms, while delivering exceptional hospitality with a welcoming attitude and local knowledge. Weekend availability is preferred to support peak times.

Purpose

As a Porter, your role is all about making our hotel guests' stay as smooth as possible. You will be there to help with luggage, warmly greet guests, offer concierge services, and assist with transportation and parking. Your focus? Ensuring our guests feel comfortable, cared for, and ready to enjoy their time with us.

Primary Responsibilities

• You'll be the initial friendly face that guests encounter upon arriving at the property
• Your vital task will involve crafting an authentic and inviting first impression
• Consistently delivering top-notch customer service to guests throughout their stay will be a key aspect of your role
• You'll lend a hand with parking guests' cars, making their experience hassle-free
• Storing luggage and delivering bags to and from rooms will be part of your hands-on duties

Skills and Experience

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

• Have a good grasp of local knowledge or the ability to quickly learn and improve current knowledge
• Driver's licence - possessing an open (manual) drivers licence is advantageous

• Remarkable customer service aptitude accompanied by a friendly and enthusiastic demeanour
• Flexible availability as weekend availability required
