The Star Grand is seeking a friendly Hotel Porter to be the face of our hotel, delivering outstanding service and memorable guest experiences. We offer both full-time and part-time roles, with opportunities to engage guests from arrival to departure and assist with luggage, parking, and local recommendations.

Qualifications

Ability to learn local area knowledge and events to assist guests.
Willingness to work a 24/7 roster and adapt to guest needs.

Responsibilities

Provide directions and information to guests to enhance their stay.
Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
Assist with luggage handling and room delivery to ensure seamless service.
Valet park and retrieve guests’ vehicles with care.
Maintain parking facilities and keep them inviting and tidy.
