Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a friendly Concierge to elevate guest experiences through personalised assistance, local insights, and exceptional service. You will be the welcoming face, helping with transport, luggage, parking, and activity recommendations to create memorable stays.

You will collaborate across departments, quickly learn local knowledge, and adapt to a flexible rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• A track record of effectively managing multiple tasks and excelling in high-pressure situations.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Have a good grasp of local knowledge or the ability to quickly learn and improve current knowledge.
• Driver's licence required to drive onsite buggy.
• Willingness to embrace a flexible rotating roster, including evening, weekend and public holiday shifts as required.
