No pool knowledge required at start—we’ll teach you. The role involves presenting options, coordinating quotes and contracts, and contributing to a busy sales pipeline, with some evening or weekend appointments.

Summertime Pools is a leading fibreglass swimming pool manufacturer and installer with office locations in Victoria, South Australia and Queensland. We build quality pools that exceed our customers’ expectations!

We’re looking for someone who is exceptional with customers, highly organised, willing to learn and naturally good at reading people. Someone who feels comfortable sitting around a client’s kitchen table with their family, understanding what they’re trying to achieve and helping them work through the options for their pool project.

The role

Our Leads Team will manage and schedule a strong base of appointments, but from there, you’ll take ownership of each opportunity as well as developing your own pipeline through referrals and new business opportunities.

You’ll work from a busy appointment calendar, meeting clients in their homes and onsite. You’ll learn about their plans, assess their property and work with them to build a pool package that suits their space, lifestyle and budget.

This isn’t simply selling a product from a price list. Every project is different. You’ll work through pool design and placement, equipment, heating, automation, site requirements and available options to bring together the right package for each client.

You don’t need to know pools – we’ll teach you that, although an understanding of construction or a similar industry will help you learn the role.
