Job summary

Summertime Pools on the Gold Coast is seeking a customer-focused sales support professional to join our Leads Team. You’ll meet clients in their homes, build relationships and help design pool packages that fit space, lifestyle and budget.

No pool knowledge required at start—we’ll teach you. The role involves presenting options, coordinating quotes and contracts, and contributing to a busy sales pipeline, with some evening or weekend appointments.

Qualifications

Experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is beneficial.
Ability to read customer needs and adapt communication.
Available for evenings and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

Meet clients onsite and in their homes.
Build genuine relationships with clients and their families.
Assess sites and advise on pool placement, designs, equipment, options, and permit requirements.
Build tailored pool packages and prepare detailed quotations and contracts.
Follow up clients and keep opportunities moving.
Manage and develop your sales pipeline.
Generate referrals and seek new sales opportunities.
Complete sales administration accurately and on time.
Work toward individual and team KPIs.
Learn the technical side of pools, equipment, installation, and construction.
Attend home shows, expos and local events as required.
Evening and weekend appointments may be required.
