Job summary

Goodwin invites applications for a Policy Coordinator to join the Risk, Policy and Compliance team. You will support policy development, review, and document control across the organisation, collaborating with managers and experts to ensure policies are current and aligned with legislative and organisational requirements.

You will coordinate the policy lifecycle from research to approval, publication and review, maintaining the policy framework, coordinating consultations, drafting and updating

Qualifications

• Ability to draft, review and edit policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Understanding of policy management systems and approval workflows.
• Research and interpret legislative requirements for organisational policies.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and PDF editing tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining policy management framework, policy register and review schedule.
• Coordinating policy development, stakeholder consultation, reviews and approvals.
• Researching legislative/industry requirements and identifying policy gaps.
• Drafting, editing and updating policies, procedures and supporting documents.
• Managing document version control, templates, publication and archiving.
• Administering policy and compliance systems, registers, workflows and reporting.
• Supporting compliance reporting, audits, registrations and QA activities.
• Communicating policy changes and supporting training/implementation.
• Improving policy governance processes and monitoring compliance metrics.
